01The service
Opseron provides an integrated business management platform (ERP, CRM, MRP, HRM and more) accessible over the internet. We keep improving it: features may be added, changed or removed with reasonable notice.
02Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accounts in your workspace, including your users' actions and the confidentiality of credentials. We may suspend access that is used in violation of these terms.
- One account per person, with role-based permissions.
- Keep credentials confidential; report misuse promptly.
- Provide accurate company and billing information.
03Fees and payment
Plans are billed per user per month (or per agreement). Invoices are due on the stated terms. Late payment may result in suspension after notice. Price changes for the next renewal period are announced at least 30 days in advance.
04Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to store illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, our systems or other customers' data.
- No unlawful or infringing content.
- No spam or abuse of messaging features.
- No probing, scraping or unauthorized automation.
- No reverse engineering beyond what the law allows.
05Customer data
The data you put into the platform is yours. We process it to provide the service, we do not sell it, and we delete it on termination. As processor for our customers' end-user data, we follow their instructions under a data processing agreement.
06Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability for the platform, excluding scheduled maintenance. Standard plans include support with stated response times; Enterprise agreements add dedicated SLAs and support contacts.
07Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its documentation belong to Opseron Technologies. You keep all rights to your data. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription.
08Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. This covers your data, our pricing and architecture, and anything marked or reasonably understood as confidential.
09Limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10Term and termination
Your subscription renews for the agreed term. You can cancel at renewal; the workspace remains available until the end of the paid period, and your data can be exported until the account is closed. We may terminate with notice if you breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 30 days.
11Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after the notice means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
